There is NO WAY earth that she hasn't had something done. I can almost guarantee she at least had botox, a nose job & a tummy tuck.
She had to have stomach work done. She had twins. I don't see how in anyway she did not need a tuck after that.
I have to disagree. I don't think she has had any tummy tuck. There's been pictures of her in the beach with little bikini and there's no scar in sight. Maybe lipo if that. Some people get right back into it without any surgery. She has the money to hire a cook and with all the dancing she does, she can easily get back to having her tight abs.
With twins? You really think so? I can see one baby but twins?
Definitely possible! There is a woman who used to post on LIF that looks amazing after twins! Totally flat stomach. She works hard for it.

Idk. I carried twins to 38 weeks. And as flat as my stack may go(and it's not trust me lol) I have what I call the pouch It's not fat (and I have plenty) it's the skin stretched from

A nice tummy tuck while on the table for the c section and nobody would have known
I'm not saying she did. I have no idea
What I do know is she looks amazing and I look like Danny devito

I think there is a lot of gray area when it comes to "work."
Obviously surgery & lipo is having work done, but what about fillers (temp & permanent), botox, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, or is that just good skin care?

Whenever I hear of people saying celebrities have trainers and chefs and etc to make their bodies look like that (ex JLo), I remind people that hey, I'm not a celebrity duh!! lol, and I've only had 1 child, he's 7, i'm 36 now, and 3 years ago I had a tummy tuck. I'm a small frame and my son was a big boy and just stretched my skin out so much. I was always working out before, during and up to this day, so that wasn't an issue. It was skin. No amount of working out and eating right helped. So I had it done. So if I had it done, whenever I see celebrities with a tight flat stomach, especially older than me, lol, I tend to think if I had it done, why not them??

How do you know she uses it? (Sincere question...not meant to be snarky.) She's talked about it somewhere? Or is it something she's paid to promote/endorse?
I've seen different micro-needling devices online, but was unsure about the whole process...I may have to give it a shot. (WSJ did a quick write up on it back in Oct.)
