agent commission fee?
how much did you guys pay? we're selling our coop and i've heard 5-6%?..TIA!

It's somewhat negotiable, but 5-6% on a co-op seems about right. I think there's more wiggle room on higher priced homes. It's worth a shot to ask for a lower %.

For the home we are in the process of buying the agent's commission fee is 6%.

I paid 5% for the sale of my co-op (last summer)

agent commission fee?
I paid 3%, but it was because my agent was the buying and selling agent and she was getting commission from the sale of our house. We signed the contract at 4%, but she was nice enough to drop it to 3 so we would have more to buy a higher priced home (it really worked to her benefit).
