Afternoon lasting through the evening sickness
oh man have the last 3 days been bad.
I have gotten waves of nausea that start in the late am (around 11:30) that come & go until I go to bed.
Yesterday, I had a big meeting with my director & upper management - I thought I was going to have to run out of there at some point because it was so bad. I couldn't even concentrate on what was being discussed.
I think the feeling of wanting to puke is worse than actually puking - at least its over at that point. The feeling just lasts
I was sooo hungry for lunch - I went out and grabbed some grilled chicken & steamed veggies - I'm about 6 bites in & I regret eating any of it

Ugh that sounds awful! I had a a couple of weeks like that too. I found that eating a little snack (usually a few saltines or pretzels) every hour or so really helped a lot. Hope you're feeling better soon!

I know how you feel
I feel so nauseas most of the day its not only in the morning! How many weeks are you? I'm about 7ish weeks amd I really hope this is almost over!!

I have this too...it is awful! I have found that things such as cereal and ginger ale have been a big help. I also find getting steamed chicken with white rice (from a chinese place) is a HUGE help!

I have to agree the feeling of being nauceaus is actually worse then vomitting.
For me bananas, milk, and broth helped. Also, eating a carbs 1st thing in the morning also worked wonders.
