Evening/Night Sickness

I was having all day m/s (just really bad nausea) on & off from my bfp until about 9 weeks. Then I started feeling better with just little episodes here and there. Now I will be 11 weeks on Monday, and for the last week have been feeling so sick from 5pm until about 6am. I remember reading that between 9 & 12 wks it gets bad. Anyone else have this experience? When did yours go away. It is killing me. I have been surviving on dry rice chex cereal, and target's sparkling mineral water w/ lemon.

I was the same way, now at 13 weeks I am feeling slightly better, I am definitely able to eat more now which is good. I am hoping this is the tail end of it...

I feel your pain, hope you feel better soon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I had really bad m/s in the evenings until about 16 weeks. My dinners were mostly crackers and oranges. I couldnt eat anything substantial. It gets better.

Re: Evening/Night Sickness

My m/s is at night too!! It's terrible b/c I feel like it's a hangover...I can eat though but it's the feeling of being exhausted and somewhat nauseous that is making me sick. I'm almost 10 weeks and I'm hopin it stops soon!! It'sreally annoying

UGH! I am only 71/2 weeks and my nausea is totally at night. I have some mini episodes during the day but right around 6ish I am so nauseous sometimes the thought of food is horrible. I was hoping this was going to end soon...I really hope it doesn't get worse

Re: Evening/Night Sickness

mine peaked at 10 weeks and went away around 14 weeks.

For nighttime, I would eat a few crackers before bed, and sleep with extra pillows under my head to keep me elevated.

It helps now too that I have heartburn.
