After all the bills are paid, we have a significant amount of money left over. Most of this goes into the house fund, the rest is for spending, about $150-$200 for each of us.
same here, except that we already own a home.

I try to leave about $200 in there b/c I never know when EZ Pass is going to come out and just in case. I could really spend money infinitely though since I have CC debt I am trying to pay off and the house bills on top of my own bills. So the real answer is $0.
As far as spending money goes, if I spend $100 on myself every paycheck that's a lot. Sometimes I buy a few books and this week I bought new sneakers.

Ditto, except we already have the house and we just contribute to the "improving the house fund" instead.

BUT things could change someday, so DH and I are very good at saving and being smart about not going crazy with our money.....we know that the money he is making now may not always be the case.

alot. but we also travel alot, so its not all going directly to savings, etc.
we rent, but i also only work PT. We'll buy after i start working FT again... and we should still be able to put away alot then (aside from the initial move-in costs) because we'll still be making significantly more than our overhead. If we would have bought sooner, we wouldn't have been able to travel as much, and that wasn't a sacrifice that was worth it for us.

I *think* we have about $2500 extra, but it goes soooo quickly between the kids, dog, random expenses, etc.
