AF question and when to test
Ok so usually like clock work i get my period on the 11th but this past month it didnt come to the following week on the 19th....when should i test? Should i expect it on the 19th? Should i retest to see if my ovulation days have changed?

When you get AF is dependent upon when you ovulate and how long your luteal phase is. So last month you could have either ovulated late and had the same length luteal phase, you could have ovulated at the same time and had a long luteal phase or both could have been off. The only way to know is to either temp to confirm when you ovulate or use OPKs. If you're crazy like me, you do both.

How many days is ur cycle? Mine is usually 28 days. Maybe you should count and track using ur cycle length bc a typical 28 day cycle, for example, wouldn't start on the same day of the month every month.

your LP usually remains the same so add your LP length to the 19th and that would be AF day.
19+14 I would expect AF on 3rd etc.
