AF Question

Hey girls i have a question... how many days before AF do u start to get cramps?

I am 9DPO and have been having cramps.. i was hoping they were implantation cramps but im supposed to get AF on Tuesday. So i dont know if they are AF cramps instead. Just wanted to see how early u get AF cramps.

my cycles have been so crazy lately its annoying...AF is due tues but thurs will be 14DPO so i dont know which to base things on.

You may only have a 12 day luteal phase, which is totally normal. As for cramps, I don't really get AF cramps till the day AF arrives, but now that we are TTCing I notice every twinge and pang, so it's hard to decipher. I swear our bodies enjoy mocking us. Lots of

I usually start getting crampy 3-4 days before AF and the day before she shows, the symptoms subside. Then they return once AF shows.

Basically all the PG symptoms you read about, I get for AF as well so its very frustrating and misleading.
