af after bc
I have been off the bcp since early March and af has been very irregular ranging from 24-30 days. I have always been 28 days like clockwork before bcp and during. NOt only has the length of cycle changed but af has gotten much lighter and shorter (sorry if tmi) and less cramping. we have been ttc since April and wondering if the changes in af are normal?

Yes, it is quite normal to be irregular the first few months or even more, However, you should start to eventually regulate.

It is my first month off and today is CD 40-trying to wait patiently for AF to come. Everything I have read says that it is norrmal to be irregular.

being irregular is normal for sometime after coming off bcp. My dr told me to expect to be that way for 3 months. So far, my cycles were 27 days & then 35 days
