achy legs
Every single night this week I've had achy legs, almost flu like symptoms! Thank goodness it is gone when I wake up but it does return every evening. Is this normal??? I've never heard of this symptom before!

that happen to me when I was pregnant, a friend had to told me to eat a banana, I was lacking potassium
