33 weeks.... very achy lower pelvis?
is this normal? I can't remember?! It like hurts to walk...very sore and I have this stabbing crampy feeling on the right every once in a while. Not sure if I should be concerned?

I have it too. I think the OB said it is because we are producing a hormone called Relaxin and when the joints are getting loose for delivery, it can cause instability making it painful. He told me heat or ice and tylenol. Feel better!

you have to trust yourself when its something not normal for you, and call the doc just to be sure.
This is how I started to feel before my belly dropped, keep hydrated it will really help with the cramping.
oh yeah, and like Michelle said it could be relaxin acting on your joints, the yoga cow pose is really good for helping with that too.

Hmm this has me nervous now.. I'm only 22 weeks and unbelievably sore in the pelvic area.
I do remember being sore towards the end, so I think its totally normal!

I am 33 weeks and also have this pain. I went to the dr about it and said it is normal and its your body getting ready...

oh girl I have this quite often. going to the chiropractor definitely helps. i also use a heating pad on my lower back/pelvis because the hormones being released at a crazy rate and making our hips "relax" to separate.
