Ouch! My hips are so achy!
I don't know if its because I'm on bed rest or because I'm carrying twins or because its just a completely normal part of pregnancy at 29 weeks ...
Holy helll my hips are so achy.
I can only lay on 1 side for about 30 minutes at a time.
But rolling over in bed hurts at this point too.
Sigh.

Probably just the weight of the babies. Mine is all in the front of my pelvic bone! Hope they shift and you get some comfort.

I still feel your pain... Mine started about 1-2 months ago and continue. I thought I had Deep Vein Thrombosis at one point (I don't) since the pain was SO bad. It feels like my legs are constricted and I have to "flip" immediately - which isn't easy.
This is one of the reasons I'm looking forward to not being pregnant anymore so I can maybe get a decent night's sleep without pain! I'd rather wake up to feed my baby than because it hurts so bad to be lying there!
Between peeing, leg pain and thinking too much, I slept in 20 minute intervals last night! 
Feel better!!

I would guess it is the bedrest. I know when I am sick, I can't stand being in bed more than a day or two. You're doing so good Jess keeping those baby boys all warm and snuggly. WTG!
