I think this might depend on each person and their body, but for me, it means I'm about to O (usually happens 2-3 days after EWCM)

According to TCOYF, if I'm reading it correctly, the last day of EWCM is your "peak day" and that's either the day of or day before you O.

OK this would make sense then. I've always thought O was like smack dab in the middle or towards the end of EWCM and here I am CD 16 no positive OPK but havig EWCM for 3 days now! Thanks you for posting this!!!

Before I O, in fact when so far it seems the day I get it I get the smiley face on my OPKs... if this continues I might be able to save myself a lot of money.
