a sick joke
lemme preface this by saying i know im crazy.
i read that you should hold your pee for 4 hours if you dont test with FMU. being home sick all day, i couldnt resist the lure of all those wondfo sticks in my bathroom. so i didnt pee for four hours which is an eternity for me. i get to the bathroom finally and discover that im spotting! AF is coming! what a sick joke!! oh and of course i tested and checked the garbage an hour later- BFN!
oh well, im looking forward to next cycle

Im so sorry. that happened to me once too (minus the holding the urine for 4 hours). I just had this urge to POAS by the time I went to the bathroom AF was on her way.  Im sorry

I'm sorry. I do the same thing- hold out for one last hope and keep checking. It just makes me sadder but I'm a glutton for punishment.

i literally peed on a stick and when i wiped i had af...been there it totally sucks!!! sorry!

That's happened to me before, too. Now I PIAC (pee in a cup) first. I'd rather waste a dixie cup than a test!

I'm sorry That happend to me once. I woke up and tested with a FRER. I held it in my urine stream, only to find AF on the tp when I wiped. I have since learned to use a bathroom cup. Good luck for next month
