i got the one from walgreens, it's called "balanced b-50 b-complex viamins"
the important thing, from what i've read, is that the vitamin should have all the b-vitamins with extra b6. these vitamins also have folate, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, biotin and panthothenic acid in them. they also sell ones with folic acid. good luck!

I reaaaaalllllly hate myself for hijacking this thread right now but since you are talking about it anyway, you are not talking about regular prenatals right? I know they have like 2.6mg of B6 in them but we are talking more like 800mg of B6 right?

And CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

don't worry about it!! yes, these are b-complex vitamins, and specifically have more b6 then prenatals, although you will notice than in the % daily value column, prenatals will list the % for pregnant and lactating women, while the b-complex will list the % for *regular* people.
