a few questions about CD1
is CD1 the first day AF starts, or the first full day of AF? I just finished my last pack of bcp and am due for AF today or possibly tomorrow and this is the first month I'm trying to track things.
I saw what I thought was the start of AF this afternoon and assumed today would be CD1, but when I got home from work and went to the bathroom - nothing. Must have been very faint spotting if anything? there's a chance AF may show up tonight, but now it looks like it will be tomorrow.
If AF shows up tonight, is today still CD1 or will that be tomorrow now? Also, how important is it to get CD1 "correct" versus being a day off?
Finally, if today/tomorrow is CD1 when should we BD this month? We are really just winging it but I'd rather shoot for the right date range. I have no idea how long my cycles are because I've been on the pill nearly 10 years

Actually I have seen a few things that say if AF is after a certain time, count the next day as CD1. According to Fertility Friend, if it arrives in the evening, count the next day as CD1.
