I'm sorry your stressed. I can relate. Some days I feel like I shouldn't even be ttc because i don't know how I will have time to take care of a baby and work but I am in my 30s and feel like if I kept waiting I will run out of time and regret it. I wish I had some advice for you but you def aren't alone

Re: 99% sure
I'm sorry. I have a job that can be very stressful at times and I know how hard it is to try not to let it affect the rest of your life. I also tend to have bad anxiety generally. You do what you can. I also started acupuncture in December and I think it has made a huge difference in my stress levels. Might be worth looking into if you are concerned about your stress and want a natural approach for dealing with it

It would not hurt to work on stress management techniques. Yoga and meditation are great for reducing stress. I also recommend The Relaxation and stress reduction workbook.

I would work on stress management. a new job will not automatically take away stress it will probably be just different stress.
Also as a FTWM, any job and raising a family is stressful so i would work on it now.

Re: 99% sure
I am glad I am not the only one that feels this way. I also feel that stress from my job is making it hard for me to conceive and wonder how I am going to be able to handle my position at work and caring for my child when it happens. I am almost in my mid 30's and have put having a baby off long enough because of work. I regret that I have done that but now know I am ready!
I know it's easier said then done but try not to stress and especially try not take that stress home with you. It will all work out!

This exactly!!! I just feel like it will never be a perfect time.
Exercise definitely helps me destress. Someone once told me a lot of time stress and anxiety is caused by pent up energy that needs to be spent. Don't quote me on that, but I guess it makes sense.
It just stinks that it is so cold out - a light run or walk with some music might help.
