8 DPO..

I am at 8 DPO today and this morning there was a big temp dip, right above the cover line... yesterday i did notice some cramps. does this mean anything?? Am i out

i don't temp, so I can't really give you any advice on that, but you're not out until AF shows! Stay positive!

They say that you get a dip during implantation. So, it could be very promising!!!!! As long as your temp goes back up and then stays up you should be good. GOOD LUCK!

im only on my second cycle temping but the one most important thing i have learned is not to worry about any individual temp. instead focus on the patterns as temps will fluctuate normally day-to-day.

so if you temp drops below the coverline tomorrow or keeps going down then you can expect AF. if it goes up tomorrow or stays steadily above the coverline then you have nothing to worry about.

but overall try not to make any assumption based on a single days temp. i know its HARD. my first month was like SO day-to-day. this month im just temping and charting and not thinking too much and not looking into anything too much. once you are through a cycle or two i think it gets easier. (although hopfully you wont need anymore than a cycle of two )
