Thank you for the update! I have been thinking about your family and of course about Max. My family has been so effected by cancer in the last few years and it breaks my heart to hear of someone so young having to go through it all.
I have to ask and I havne't read through the entire thread...are you local to us here on Long Island? Is there anything that we can do? Provide your family with healthy, homecooked meals? Please let us know what we can do. The LIF community is amazingly giving. I know that to be true. I would love to help if I could!

I am rooting rooting rooting for Max.
if there is ANYTHING we can do to make his stay at the hospital more pleasurable over the holiday season, PLEASE let us know.
and if you need anything. ANYTHING...I know you don't know me from a hole but please don't hesitate. I am only an fm box away.

Thank you for all the support. Some days I feel like the holidays were already here. He gets a new gift from someone everyday it seems.
He saw a toy on a commercial and said he wanted it. I told him that he'll have to ask Santa. He said, very matter-of-factly, but I'm in the hospital, I can get whatever I want.
!!!!!!!!!
