5'7 and taller heel talk..

I like a lot of shoes but I feel like a giant in such high heels. How high of a heel do you usually wear?

I am 5'9" and I wear any height heel! Most of my shoes are around 4"! I like feeling like a giant!

I'm 5'8" & for 35 years avoided 3"+ heels....on my 35th birthday I vowed no more & I no longer care if people are bothered by how tall I am. I stand tall & walk

I'm just over 5' 7" and wear whatever heel I want. I don't care if the heel is really high - If I love the shoe, I'll wear it.

I am just over 5'7" and I always wear heels. 3+ inches. Luckily, my DH is 6'0".

I'm 6'1" and 3"-4" heels tend to be my every day heel height. When I'm dressed up, it's usually 5" - 6".


Oh and my husband is 5'9" or so. (He buys me the heels. )

I'm 5'9 and I usually feel most comfortable in 3-3.5"
Beyond that I start to feel gigantic.

I am 5'7". On daily basis I wear no or a small heel. I dont care abotu being tall, actually I LOVE being tall for me it is about comfort, heels kill me.

To go out at night or weddings or whatever I usually dont go bigger than 3", again due to comfort but if I love a shoe I will get it!

I'm between 5'7" and 5'8" and I wear any heel I want and love to tower over people. But I also like to be comfortable so my average heel is 2-3"

I'm 5'9, I try to keep my heels at 2 inches but it's not always easy to do. 3 inches is the absolute limit for me - otherwise I'm completely uncomfortable!!

I am just under 5 9 and GENERALLY 3 to 3.5 the most inches is my limit.
However, my DH bought me some great boots for Christmas with a 4 inch heel and i love them.
I am starting to care less and less about being so tall in heels and actually liking it more and more.
I do tower over DH in heels that high- he is the same height as me.
And sometimes it feels weird to be eye to ey with a 6 3 guy at work,
But in genearl I am starting to care less and less as I get older!

My issue is finding wide widths though... that is the true challenge.
Most shoes I like don't come in wide and I can't wear them

I'm 5'8" and I used to be conscious about wearing such high heels, but now if I can walk in them I don't care. My DH is only 5'8" also.

I have a very good friend who is 6 feet tall, barefoot -

She wears 4" heels and doesn't flinch - and tell her DH to get over it if she's an inch or 2 taller than him.

I am 5'7'' and I wear up to six inch heels no problem. I don't care if people think I look too tall for them - I love high heels, they make me feel so fun and sexy, they complete outfits, and I love wearing them. My husband is not a tall man, either. He's only like 5'9'' on a good day lol so sometimes I am taller than him when I put the heels on but oh well.

5'8" and wear heels when Igo out/dress up. Everyday - no - I am SAHM and just doesn't work for me and running around and playing with a baby all day. But when I worked and wore suits everyday - I never wore less than 3 in heel to work. In fact, I messed up the ligaments or whatever in my snkles that I was more uncomfortable in flats/sneakers than in heels. Now, when I go out and feel like heels - they are usally 3-4 in range. I don't care about looking too tall - I enjoy being tall. I grew up always the shortest in school...didn't grow until late hs so now I love being tall!!!
