Please tell me that morning sickness doesn't come back and this morning was just an isolated experience for me

The morning sickness didn't come back but I was just so uncomfortable. Everything bothered me-walking, sleeping, breathing..everything. but no MS here.

It came back for me but not as bad as 1st tri.
(Nausea, smell sensitivity, diarrhea  )
ETA: I did vomit once a little which has never happened before. I got caught off guard and did not think I would.
