Late 3rd Tri ladies that are BD to get the baby out....
is anyone experiencing discomfort/cramping in the lower abdomen...like right along the pantyline???
Maybe my muscles are just sore from all the "work"

I have found that within the last couple of weeks there has been some pain down there right after. You described it perfectly. I usually just relax right after and drink lots of water and it goes away within an hour or so.
Men have no clue what we go through!!!!
