ITA.
The MUST have bag is the bag that will fit your needs.
I bought several of them. Kate Spade, some at Target, etc...
I was never completely in love in really anyone of them.

I dont even use a diaper bag! I bought a JJCole diaper case (holds 3-4 diapers, a wipes container & diaper pad) and I wanted a bag to go "around" that. I decided on a Coach pocketbook, which is great. It fits the bag perfectly-I just throw in my wallet, my cell phone, a sippy cup (wrapped in a bib, in case of condensation) and a small tupperware bowl of snacks.
I had purchased 3-4 different diaper bags, and found none of them were "perfect" for me

I have a few. I love my Vera Bradley if we are dropping him off at someone's house or if we are going out all day since it fits so much stuff.
I love the Skip Hop I have because I can attach it to the back of the diaper bag - it has a convertible strap that keeps the bag from dragging down and I can carry it like a messenger bag when I have the other strap on.

Different for everyone but I have a Storksak and I love it. Doesn't look at all like a diaper bag but it fits everything like one.

Love my Storksak, Petunia Pickle Bottom and Skip Hop, hate my Kate Spade.
Skip Hop is the cheapest option.

imo.. the must have diaper bag would be the Gucci Diaper bag..
since money is not an issue.. it runs about $900...Neiman Marcus..

I have the JJ Cole Diaper bag... I love it - there are compartments to spare on it. I fit enough stuff in there for her as well as my stuff, and we are on the go! It was around $50, so not too $$$.

I have like a few bags that I bought, however, my all time favorite bag was the free black bag you get at the hospital. I used that thing til it was worn out and then some.

Honestly, I did not love it. When the baby is out of the "newborn stage" I found it to be very tight. I preferred Coach or Dooney & Bourke for space & organization.
