The bottle holders and the fact that I don't mind walking around with it and will use after I need a diaper bag.
This is the same type I have, but in a dusty blue (NOT baby blue) - I bought it in 2006 though:

I have the Kate Spade Aubrey, and I really don't like it at all. I LOVE my Petunia Pickle Bottom Touring tote, but it's on the smaller side. Great for shorter trips, but not big enough for a full day out. I also have a Storksak that I haven't used yet, but it looks bigger and less diaper bagish.
I just got the Skip Hop Duo Double deluxe edition since I'm expecting again. I haven't used it yet.

I love my Kecci Mommybags and I just got a Vera Bradley Villager that I really like.
With Sarah I mostly used that hosptial freebie one.

I love my Vera Bradley - it is so light that it doesn't weigh a ton when you fill it up. It is also washable and fits basically anything you need to bring. It comes with a changing pad. There are pockets inside and out.
I also have the Skip Hop Duo and it's just too small - DH keeps it in his car.

I actually love the wendy B one and I just started to use my Dante Betrix one i got as a gift before DD was born now I LOVE it. I used it on the plane and it was a god send
