2nd beta is in!!!***NEW UPDATE***
Okay, just got the results for my second beta, which is 291! It was 85 on Friday, so they said that was great!
Today is 12dp5dt
Also, sono is scheduled for next Tues. Is that a little early? Will they be able to hear a heartbeat by then?
*****UPDATE 9/30*****
So yesterday I had my first sono, and this is what we saw.........
2 sacs!!!
I really thought my numbers were too low for twins, but I guess I was wrong!!! I go next week to hear the heartbeats!!!
*******UPDATE 10/21********
Just wanted to give another update on me. There are now 4 sacs  but 3 of them are empty. It looks like baby B split twice, which would've caused identical triplets , but all three quit growing. Good news is we have 1 healthy baby!!! And I finally graduated to my OB! Yay!!! Image Attachment(s):

Woho, great 2nd beta!!
Sound like your be 5 weeks 4 days- I went for my first sono at 5w2d and all we saw was a sac. At 6w2d we saw the yolk sac, fetal pole and HB and at 7w2d we heard the HB!
