20 month old fighting naps
I'm about to lose my mind over this. DD is refusing naps for the past week or more. She's just there standing, screaming crying, but yawning. I see her in the monitor. She throws her paci out and then cries for it. She's yelling "out, mama, out" she's killing me. I've tried tylenol before naps, rocking her, she just wakes the second I move to put her in, I've tried all different times. I'm at a loss and about to lose it
HELP, any suggestions?

Could just be a phase. If you let her CIO, does she go to sleep?

Re: 20 month old fighting naps
I hope it is a phase for you. My dd has gone through a couple of phases of not wanting to take a nap. She is almost 3 years old. Have you tried switching up her nap time routine? I found that when I let her watch a short clip of something like elmo or doc mcstuffins on my phone while we cuddle in the glider, she then will go down pretty easily. There are still random days that she refuses, but (knock on wood) its been pretty good lately.
