2 hr glucose tolerance pp
Anyone take the 2 hour test and fail ? I'm sitting here now waiting and thinking what if I don't pass.

I've taken it twice. after my 2nd I failed and I was supposed to see another dr and never got around to it because I wound up expecting my 3rd right after that.
I didn't have GD with my 3rd but i had to take the 2 hr test pp and passed.
Honestly, I was told after talking to my regular doctor that even if you fail they should do more testing to find out if you really have it or not that it's not a definite answer test, but every dr has their own opinions.

Thanks. what's the other testing that they would've done? I have diabetes in the family that's the only reason I'm worried.

I took it and passed no problem, but I was breastfeeding and they said that can help and after you wean you should retest. I have not weaned yet, so unsure if I will retest.

i failed my 1 hour by a whole lot
took 2 hour and passed with flying colors.
