you can stream from your phone. just download the airlines app prior to departure. put your phone in a ziplock and hang it from your food tray for hands-free viewing

I can't really focus on reading when I take short flights. Long flights, no problem...short ones, for some reason, I can't focus on a book.

I hear ya! Major ants in my pants for short flights. Long-haul...at least you feel like you can settle in for a bit.

More of a pet peeve, but I'm waiting on line to buy my Baked Lays and some twit is holding up the line deciding whether she wants to buy a power ball ticket and then proceeds to dig through her purse for change to pay for it (because they won't put it on her credit card). All of the while, she is chatting and giggling with her friend and the guy behind the counter.

I'm impressed you checked ahead of time! Our flight home from St. Maarten last week (Delta) didn't have individual TVs and the TVs in the aisle that showed the security video was hooked up to a VCR. We literally watched the flight attendant pop in a VHS tape into a VCR to watch it. The weird thing was, the video they showed is a newish one. Do they even make VHS tapes anymore?

My washing machine died on Sun. The delivery guys are supossed to be here soon to drop off my new one, I'm getting impatient, I just want to wash clothes.
That was me yesterday, except I was waiting for a dryer. I have done about 6 loads of laundry since yesterday afternoon.

There was leftover oatmeal after DH and kids ate, so I felt I had to eat that for breakfast instead of my usual. I'm so disappointed.

I have had off from work for 2 weeks. I go back tomorrow. I don't want to go back, despite the fact that I only have 3 more weeks and then a 2 month "break" (planning and working from home).
We are trying to decide what currency to use to pay for our African Safari.

I know. But it's also a low-crowd time the days that I'm going and I hate crowds of people (and just in general, people) and I actually don't mind a bit of rain here and there...especially if it keeps even more people away from the park...hahaha.
