OMG....I am so sorry! Will you be able to take legal action?
Let's just hope she does not come back with abnormal test results. If they are normal, the odds are you cannot take any legal action. I know this b/c I tried with a dr that misdiagnosed me and I was legally informed that unless you suffer a huge loss, consequence, legal action will not likely get you anywhere.
Let's just pray, the best outcome here is she has no abnormal results and she can put this behind her even if it has understandably diminished her trust (and the general public's trust) in some of the medical profession sad to say...

I work in med mal law and this is true. Let's pray that she does not even have to think about taking legal action against this doctor
