Ewww- I would be grossed out. I don't know if anyone used our bathroom when we were on the market but somone broke a wall mirror- and just left the mess for us.
Anyway, good luck! Hopefully things will pick up after the holidays!

Ugh, I REALLY wouldn't like random people using my bathroom. We recently bought a home and even while house hunting pregnant (and having to pee constantly) I still refused to use bathrooms in homes we were looking at. I just feel it's rude and crossing the line-that's their personal space! I'm not sure if anyone used our bathrooms while we were selling our place, but I hope they didn't! I made sure to thoroughly clean with gloves and bleach after open houses and showings if we weren't home though!
BTW, that's SO gross that they used your bathroom and didn't even wash their hands!!! How did you realize this, btw?  
ETA- I also really can't believe that about the vomit! How completely gross, I think I would have been calling the people back to come clean it! I'd be furious if I were you.

If that happened to me (especially the child vomiting), i would FREAK OUT. I am somewhat of a germaphobe so I would not deal with this well.
DH and i wouldn't dare use the bathrooms when we were house hunting.

no , someone using my bathroom didn't bother me, I expected it. I bleached the heck out of it after each showing/ open house. unfortunately comes with the territory, really stinks , you never know who is entering your home. I sold my place in just over a month and I always was annoyed (and anxious) about something each time we had a showing.
as for the kid getting sick, what can your broker do really?? It will be over soon good luck!

sorry not vomit - that was a child a month ago...this man left some skid marks and quite a smell in 2 different bathrooms on 2 different days
