I like #4 for informal
and #3 for formal (depending on what look you are going for).
#2 is too girly for your DH (since it is his party too, right?) and #1 for some reason says "New Year's" to me.

I think either one or three. One if you want something less formal, three if you want something more formal.
Two is to feminine and doesn't really say "celebration" to me and four is too "young" looking. I would use that for a teenager's birthday party.

I think number 1 looks festive and grown up. I like it best for the party you are describing.
2 is too feminine for a party that is for your DH and you.
3 is nice - but kind of 'wedding-y'
4 is a little on the kid side... but I like it!
