Glad to hear you are okay! A friend of mine did knock himself out for about an hour when he was doing ninja moves in his apt - he's your height and had a pipe that always got in his way.
He just LOVED telling everyone how the attempted mugging was turned around by him and he had the physical evidence to wear like a medal
