Last night dh and I had a "date". To celebrate our anniversary.
On Saturday nights we are usually with our "group" of friends hitting the movies, dinner, someones house, or a bar.
DH and I havent spent a Sat. together in a very long time and it was so nice. We both enjoyed the night!

Yes we still go to the movies, dinner, etc but we were much social before since he was living in a house with a bunch of guys. Also back when we were dating, everyone was just married, getting married or still dating. Kids seem to slow down the socializing for us. Also buying houses definitely did.

yep. we were started dating when we were broke teenagers, so we would walk for miles exploring the city. we would also take the staten island ferry and people watch. now we walk along shore road and "house peep".

Yes we pretty much still do the same things. We were never really movie people (as in going to the movies - more like DVDs at home and such) but we do enjoy going out to dinner. There are alot of other things (play golf, go to shows in the city, etc) that we haven't done in a while but not because we don't enjoy them anymore - just time/money constraints.

No, not so much anymore. With the baby, it makes things very difficult. We used to go to the movies, play mini golf, bowling and walk on the boardwalk at night. The only thing we sometimes do is go for dinner. If we do, it's always with another couple...we rarely go by ourselves.
The other night, another couple was over. We used to go to this place all the time...we called it "waffles and ice cream". My friend looked at me and said "waffles and ice cream???" I got so excited and said "YEAH!!"
Then I realized that my son was sleeping in the other room. DOH!!

Yes we make it a point to. We are really lucky to have DH's parents who LOVE to watch our son and he loves being with them.
We do mostly dinner or dinner and a movie.
We used to take walks on the boardwalk or on the beach almost every night in the summer but we haven't done that once since Anthony was born

yes! dinner is a must almost every weekend- doesnt matter if its the diner or baja fresh or if its a dressy place - we love going out to eat!
sometimes we will stay and have cocktails after too
i love eating out

It's hard going out often with the kids so when we do, we usually go out to dinner and the movies. A couple of weeks ago we went out to celebrate my dh's bday. We went out to eat, went walking around the mall and went to the movies. It was nice to get out.
