ttc..this may be a dumb question..

but where do i begin? do i start checking my ovulation or my temperature after my next cycle?

If you plan on charting, start on the first day of your cycle (the first day you get bright red blood flow) by taking temps and monitoring CM.

If you already know how long your cycles are, you can start using OPKs whenever the directions tell you to(directions are in the box).

Even w/o taking temps, anytime you have egg-white or watery cervical mucous- have sex. Those are the most fertile types of CM.
