I went on mls and did a search in e. setauket and i just had a feeling that this was the one!!! i should have FM'd you! It is REALLY NICE!! You dont have to do any work on it!!!

I work in East Setauket . The area is so beautiful. The school districts are great. The house looks beautiful and the lot is large. Congrats, I am very happy for you. Let me know if you want to know anything about the area. I lived in the Stony Brook area for 3 years before I got married.

Congrats and the best of luck! We used to live in East Setauket as well! It's a beautiful area and the homes are nice!
Now wouldn't it be funny if you were moving into the house that was up for sale down the street from my In-Laws!
