what are some tips to do or not do after you BD?
i've heard of laying down with your legs up to let the sperm make their way up..
and not to pee for a while after...
what else?

I did the leg up in the air thing. It hasn't been proven to work or not work, but I did it anyway and I got a BFP

I have heard to stay in bed and not tinkle for 30 minutes after

I put some pillows under my hips and stayed there for about 10 minutes. Kinda squashes any romance but it worked!

I have also read that taking regular Robitussen helps, but I forget how it helps.

The first time I didn't really do anything different.
This second time I layed in bed for a half hour with hips on top of a pillow and legs in the air.
Hopefully in worked--I'm on 11 DPO.

You laid with your legs up in the air for a half hour I would have collapsed by then

All three times i conceived i didn't do anything special. Those boys will get up there, by the time things fall out, a billion sperms already made their way into your cervix.
This pg, i actually peed right afterthinking i could try to "push" it out ,since we weren't TTC yet. Here I am 5 weeks pg.
But that's just me!

WE were trying and i did nothing different, i even peed right after not thinking of it, and here i am 16 weeks preggo, if they can swim they will make it anyway..... (I guess)

My sister told me that each time she had gotten pregnant, she had her legs up with a pillow under her butt. Then I get to thinking about how many women get prego when they are in much more compromising positions than missionary who aren't TTC and I tend not to worry too much.

Read my post called cycle info-There are many vitamins you can take to help with implantation as well as pineapple core(contains bromelaine)

When I got pg, we did it only missionary style- and did the day after I got a positive OPK- but we had done it days prior to that day, just not ON the day I got my + opk. We used Pre-Seed. We did it only missionary style (which coincidently enough the first month we BD'd only this way, I got pg). I drank tons of green tea from cd 1 all the way thru until I got my BFP. And from O day on, I drank Grapefruit juice, which is supposed to help with implantation.

I just wanted to share - because I get urinary tract infections so easily, I get up immediately after sex, pee, and wash completely in that area.... I still got PG after doing all that!
