Here are the other houses that we went to today
S. Merrick
This house was a cool Spanish design. The inside was pretty nice - great floors, nice fireplace. The kitchen was very small and would have to be re-done as well as the bathroom on the main floor. The bathroom was huge and you could do a lot with it. The basement was finished and really nice equipped with a walk in cedar lined closet. The backyard was really small, but it had a nice deck.
N. Bellmore
The was a great split but needs updating. The price is too high considering that both bathrooms would have to be re-done. The kitchen is very small and would have to be re-done eventually. The other rooms were a nice size and it had great wood floors. Lots of space. It's an estate sale, so I think they want to get rid of it fairly soon.
Levittown
This was my first time to Levittown and I thought it was really nice. This house is about 5 minutes away from Tri-County flea market! The neighborhood was very nice. This house was great! A contractor owns the home and re-did everything. The whole house was nice. The downsides were that the kitchen was small, and not an EIK, the living room was also small considering that there is not basement and no other family room. The master bedroom is very narrow, but doable. Very nice overall..
Merrick
We LOVED this house!! It was totally updated and was decorated very nicely. It also had a great kitchen. we considered placing an offer, but we thought the price was too high for only having one bathroom. I loved it though! Great block too...
Lynbrook
This house doesn't look so nice on the outside. It would look a lot better if they had big shrubs in front of the big white porch. The inside was pleasantly nice and updated. Lots of space in this house and we thought it was very nice.

If I knew you were going to open houses today I would have told you to come to the one I was doing in S. Bellmore. It was DEAD!!! Not a single person came today. I was dying for company!!!

I have a friend that lives around the corner from the Lynbrook house on Earle. Very nice well kept area... The train runs right by there though.
