OK... i ended up registering for the Dr. Browns ...
but what do i need to go with it? EX. brushes...ect....

I know if you get the infant gift set, it comes with pretty much everything you need; 2 4oz bottles, 4 8oz bottles, level 1 nipples, level 2 nipples, cleaning brushes, etc. Did you register for a set or just the bottles?

What happened....i thought you were doing advent.
I got the dishwasher basket. There is also a microwave sterilizer that goes with it. I will
probably use the brush too. I am annal like that when it comes to cleaning.

There is a tiny brush that comes with the bottles that cleans out the inside tube. I HARDLY used that at all. If you want, pick up some bottle brushes as well. I really didn't use those either because I threw them all in the dishwasher.
The Prince Lionheart dishwasher basket is great. It's white and stays in my dishwasher.
Let me post a pic...
I also have this bottle brush that has the tiny brush to get into the nipple.
