I belong to BJ's and they seem to have a greater line of formulas...they have all of the brands, where as, costco only carries similiac, regular, and soy, I believe. My dd was on Alimentum, and was surprised that BJ's carried it.

BJ's carries Huggies, Pampers (Swaddlers, Baby Dry (I don't know if they carry the Flex ones in the Baby Dry diapers - I bought the non flex Baby Dry ones and I wish I had known the difference, the flex diapers are better for getting a good fit with the velcro tabs) and they have the Pampers Cruisers. I don't recall if they have Luvs or any other brand.
I have been told that the Parents Choice (Walmart) brand are very good, too.

Costco has a very limited selection. They only carry regular Similac & regular Emfamil. They stopped carrying Pampers and only carry Huggies!!! 
The only thing Costco is good for is their wipes. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them.
BJ's has the much better selection. I was shocked at how many formulas they carried. Also they carry all the different types of Pampers... which is very important for us.

I use the Emfail Lipil and Costco has that 38oz for 29.00. They only carry Huggies and Kirkland brand diapers. Only regular brand Huggies.. BJs I dont know much but Ill have to get over there because I do have a membership.. True the wipes at Costco are the greatest!!
Also you can use coupons at BJs not Costco

BJ's is much better babywise. Besides having a better selection of diapers they have a better selection of formula and baby food. They also have sippy cups, table protectors and extras.....

i completely agree plus they send out baby coupons....which you can use along w/ manuf. ones!!!

I know that BJ's carries a few different types of Enfamil (Lipil, Prosobee, and Gentlease) and I'm fairly certain it carries Similac as well. As for diapers; Luvs, Huggies, Pampers.
