Clomid & HPT question
I'm so confused. I took my first round of Clomid this month and ovulated as my bloodwork of CD21 showed. We BD at the right times and now I'm in the 2WW. I took an HPT on CD26 and it was BFN. Was that too early being I heard clomid tends to lengten cycles? Today is CD29 and no AF as of yet but I have had cramps for the past 3 days or so. Yesterday & today I have felt like AF is right there but then I check and nothing. Should I take another HPT and if so when? Is it even that likely that I will get BFP on my first round of 50mg of Clomid. Can somebody please enlighten me on this situation? Thank yo so much.

Re: Clomid & HPT question
Well, if you ovulated on cd21, taking a test on cd25 wouldn't show anything yet.
At cd29 (8 days past ovulation) its possible to get a BFP...but still very early.

Re: Clomid & HPT question
I didnt take clomid...but I didn't get a positive from the hpt until 4 days after i thought af would be here. You just never know....keep positive...and it isn't over until af shows up!

Re: Clomid & HPT question
Have you been temping? You should wait until AF is due then take the PG test again. You might have tested too early. I'm on my second month of clomid (50mgs) but my temps are down so AF will rear her head by tomorrow
