I have this horrible nightmare that i just find out I am preggo, then DH dies before I give birth in a car accident.
Also, child birth scares me.(Thanks to Jersey Girl)

Being a passenger in a car and getting into a car accident! That is one of my biggest fear (even though it is a joke with everyone else that knows me )
The other is dying. I can't say either before my DH or after. Of course, I wouldn't want to live after he passes, but I wouldn't want him to have to go through it either

#1- losing my DH to a health issue ( heart attack) he has a very stressful job and it scares the stuff out of me.
Cancer- Lately it seems so many are getting it around me and on tv
Terrorism- those bastards scare me but I try to act defiant
