Babylon has such a fun range. Start at The Local or Villager, then you can do Argyle or Public house, Barrique if you like wine, Brixton for cocktails and better bar food, then dancing at Carriage House.

I was also going to say patchogue. The train is just a few blocks.
Rhum has the roof top bar.

Yes There is dancing at Meetball Place, the Villager and Sound Garden!
