Friend visiting from OOS - activities for 7 yr old?

One of my best friends will be visiting me, with her 7 yr old son. We will have basically all day next Friday to spend the day together. I am looking for ideas of what to do that her son will enjoy - from mid-Suffolk and east (not looking to head into Nassau County or the City). I know there is the aquarium in Riverhead and Children's Museum of the East End. Any other ideas for interesting things to do?

Maybe a trampoline place. There's air trampoline and flight fit and fun, both i think in ronkonkoma.

If the weather is nice you could explore Avalon preserve, the bayard arboretum, or quogue wildlife refuge.

Hotlsville Ecology Center - a little out of your target zone
Northport Village - the town, the docks and the playgrounds.

My 5 and 8 year old love The Explorium. And the ice cream/sweet store is right there, as well as fun places for lunch.
Children’s Museum of East End is great too. And Main St inSag Harbor has this really cool burger place called LT Burger. Their kid’s meals come with Pez dispensers and these eyeglass straws. Plus, they serve wine and cool drinks for the ladies.
