Summer vacations with kids
Do you have yours planned and/or booked yet? Where are you going?
I am already over the winter and it is just getting started. This week of 30 degree temps is making me cringe!!!

We always book our Jersey Shore long weekend early because we lock in last year's pricing for the place we go.
So we have Cape May booked for August.
We'll probably do Hershey in July again too- just haven't booked that yet.
We were going to go away for Spring Break- at least half the week, but the air fare was ridiculous so we skipped it.
We MIGHT to Southern California in late June after school lets out. That's in the very very early planning stages.

We are going to Disney in August for 10 days (yes I know it will be hot as hell
We will probably do some short trips in the North East, maybe one of the water parks in PA and Hershey.

We have a trip next month booked to FL and we booked a trip for after camp ends to go to Woodloch Pines and Hershey.

We got to Montauk in August.
Besides that we don't usually go away. My son goes to camp, my SO's son goes to summer school and they each go away for a week with their other parents.

Spain / Portugal- big one this year (June/July)
Doing a cruise that leaves out of Barcelona (The RC boat that just got hit with a virus and has to come home early  ). Anyway, It will Barcelona, France, Italy and then we are doing a week in Portugal after the cruise.
Maybe Cali - San Diego / LA,
Aug - we try to squeeze in a Caribbean vacation before school

We generally don’t plan summer vacations other Han maybe a weekend away camping or last year we went to Hershey for a few days.

We are doing Hilton head in July, and pt pleasant nj in August. My DD is doing a week long STEM program in philly in June, so I’ll be taking my other 3 kids and doing a week around philly.

Summer vacations with kids
we're going to the Outer Banks the last week of June- rented a house with my parents and sister and her husband and kids. dreaming of some beach time!!!
THEN at the end of August, is our big trip- an Alaskan cruise on Disney Cruise line!!! SOOOO psyched!!!! DH turns 40 in September, and I will turn 40 next January- so we're counting it as our 40th birthday "blow out" trip  We both are dying to go to Alaska and our boys ( 8 and 5) love Disney cruises, so we figured this would be a great kid-friendly way to do it
