How to word email to reject offer to interview
How do you word an email to turn down job interview?
I dont want to burn bridges because you never know what might happen in the future.

How to word email to reject offer to interview
Maybe something like. Thank you for the job offer. I know working at your company would be an amazing opportunity to grow and broaden my range of experience. That is why it is with regret I must pass at this time.

How to word email to reject offer to interview
I assume you were interested until you spoke with someone about the role?if so you can just say “after hearing about the role I don’t think it is the right fit for me. But I look forward to hearing about other opportunties at X company in the future.”
