45 minutes. Non Greeks feel like it’s extremely long because they don’t understand what the priest is saying or what is going on. Every wedding I’ve been to has been 45 min (I’m greek)

I am not Greek but have timed each one I have been to and each were an hour to an hour and a half. Different families, 2 different churches. They happen to be one of my favorite ceremonies so I never find that they drag but they definitely were not 45 mins.
ETA: One did add a regular Catholic priest. He was able to give a blessing so that was why one was closer to 1.5 hours.

Actual ceremony is ~45 minutes, never over an hour (I've been to many), but definitely concur on the not starting on time! That's probably where the 1.5 hours comments are coming from.
