Vitamins
Which vitamins do you take on a daily basis?
Stopped taking mine years ago and now I’ve been feeling very sluggish. Need to get my vitamins back in.
Which brand/type? Thanks!

I just take a gummy prenatal. Its the only vitamin Ive ever noticed a difference with, so I'm sticking with it.

Same here. I never stopped taking it from 2015 when TTC my DD.

HA! I look forward to my prenatal- it's the Vitafusion ones... SO good. I take it after dinner since I always need something sweet after I eat!

I take a prenatal daily. If you're feeling sluggish, you could be low on iron and I've never been able to find a gummy vitamin that contains iron. I wish I could find one cause taking vitamins that taste like candy would be awesome. I def need the iron though.

I take gummy multivitamins, VitC, VitD3 and Elderberry syrup. As for brand, whatever is on sale.

I take flinstones gummy multi vit (just take adult dose) I have tried every gummy out there and they all have an after taste to me. I don’t know why. But the flinstones I Love lol
I also take vitD, vitC and a probiotic. I take turmeric curcumin w black pepper extract when I remember. I need to get a new dispenser so I can fit these in too
I usually buy nature’s bounty because I find them on sale a lot. But will take generic target, CVS brand if it’s cheaper
ETA : I just started taking slow fe for low iron. (Edited again because my iPhone changed started to farted. I was just LOLing with tears)

I take one a day women's, youth theory (I believe) collagen, and biotin (got it at Costco. small bottle, dissolvable strawberry flavored)
It took about two weeks, but I definitely feel a difference in energy and overall feel. My bones don't crack as much anymore and it doesn't hurt to get up in the morning.

Question about Prenatals.
I noticed with my wife's prenatals that it was 2 pills
1 - Multivitamin (comparable to most multivitamins I saw at the store)
2 - DHA pill
Now that she is no longer pregnant we are thinking of switching to a normal multi (which is about 1/2 the price of the Prenatal)
That takes care of pill #1 but as for pill #2:
If she takes a fish oil pill is that the same as the DHA pill?

Yes those are the same ones that my target brand says compare to....
And looks like the same flavor too.
OMG I so look forward to taking them because they are pretty much gummy candies.
Wish the serving size was 10 gummies

I take the Second half of my daughter’s half dose of her flintstones vitamin, and then I chew another whole one. I look forward to it every night and it reminds me to give my girls theirs!

I don’t have a specific brand, but I like my B vitamins. I just get the store brand here. I sometimes take a multi-vitamin.
The neon yellow pee kinda freaks me out, but whatever.
Just make sure to take it with a full glass of water and after some food. I think that makes absorption better.
