Holiday bonus for sitter
My twins have a sitter 1-2 days a week (my mom’s best friend and lives next door to my parents). She is amazing with my kids. Her husband passed away (he was sick for a long time) back in September. Do you think aside from the check I give her, that it would be weird to give her a “holiday bonus” I was thinking of just giving her a Christmas card from all of us with $100 in it
