Do you give your babysitter a holiday bonus?
I use my sitter MAYBE every other week for 3 hours or so. Should I be giving her a christmas bonus or something if I use her this week?

Our regular babysitter is 15, and she watches my 3 kids about 2 times a month so we can go out for dinner or something. We gave her a $20 gift card to the mall.
