Personal Injury Attorney
The attorneys listed above are Plaintiff's personal injury attorneys, not defense attorneys. If you are being sued, is there an insurance company that will cover the incident? If so, they will appoint any attorney for you.
Feel free to FM me with any quetions

Re: Personal Injury Attorney
Your insurance company has one for you that works for them. It is included in your insurance at no extra cost, so there is no need to hire someone on your own.

If you are being sued, you need to contact whoever handles your insurance. Be it homeowners, car, etc. and they will provide representation to you.

This is true. However, insurance companies may only provide a lawyer for ONLY your policy. They will advise you to get an additional lawyer on your own for your personal assets if they suspect the injured individual may sue for more than the policy.

Yeah, but she should go through her policy first and see what happens. If it is a simple car case then having your own counsel complicates the works

Re: Personal Injury Attorney
If someone is attorney repped for injuries, and they've exhausted their limits on their policy, then their attorney will just dig into yours and your ins. co. will settle within your limits. You dont need to get an attorney, your insurance company will handle it. If you got a summons send it to your ins. co and they will have inhouse attorney handle it. (shoe on the other foot turn it around)
If its for their property damage and youve exhausted your limits then yes get an attorney for your assets etc cause they will sue you personally.
HTH.
