I said Grilled Chicken, because I am not a huge fan of cold cuts and also the GODMOTHER should be able to eat, but why don't you just get a sandwich platter like PP said? Fairway, LaBottega, Capo Panini, Ivarone, B.Js all do very nice ones. They will be mixed, Chicken, coldcuts, eggplant etc.. on wraps and bread. So much better than a hero in my opinion.
